Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this website:

• Contact form: your name and email address; optionally your phone number and company; the topic you select and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, optionally your location and a profile link, your note, and the CV file you upload.

To protect the form from abuse, our server also briefly processes your IP address for rate limiting. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary sign-in cookie is used only in the staff admin area.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or to consider your job application, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. Job applications and CVs are stored privately and can be viewed only by authorised RAB TECH staff. We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

Messages are delivered to us through trusted service providers (for example an email delivery service or a secure database). They process your information only on our behalf, to deliver and store your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond, consider future roles and keep reasonable records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us. Write to us at admin@rabtech.online.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
